We can also organise Hotbedding to maximise the use of the accomodation so rooms are not left empty for a week or two at a time, which also could rotate people into different rooms so people dont get jealous if someone has a bigger room!

Once we have launched this concept with our own properties, we plan to extend the concept for other landlords whose properties are underperforming or losing money.
