I am recognised by the Insurance Commission of WA (ICWA) so that people covered by insurance can see me without any out of pocket expenses.

The problem is often that Work Cover or Riskcover send people off for help, but they dont make progress as fast as they like. As a result, many people with injuries in the past have come to me to speed up the healing process at their own expense even though they can have other types of treatment free.

That has now changed. I need a letter of referral from your GP which includes the name of the insurer such as RiskCover, the claim number, and the number of treatments the doctor recommends.

Feedback regarding relief from carpal tunnel syndrome

A few years ago I worked on someone with pain in their hands which was attributed to carpal tunnel syndrome. Physio once a fortnight for two years had not helped and they wanted to operate. Problem was actually coming mainly from the neck as it turned out, from trigger points in the scalene muscles. I received an email containing feedback from the client whioh is on the client feedback page

Gift vouchers are now available

I previously stopped doing gift vouchers because a couple had not been redeemed and I am not a fan of getting money without providing a service. However, I have had that many requests that I have put them back on the menu for you..

Instant health funds are available at my clinic!

I am registered with 40 health funds. Most of them I can now process online at my clinic so that you only pay the gap fee. Sadly the service is pretty ordinary evenings and weekends, I do not know why the system is not available 24/7. It should be for the amount of money I am paying..

Medibank Member's Choice Provider of Remedial Massage

There are less than 25 of us so far in WA. It does, however, show a commitment on behalf of Medibank Private to encourage some preventative health measures, rather than paying to fix things when they have gone wrong!

The other Medibank Member's Choice Providers include 2 in the Mandurah / Falcon area, myself, one in Geraldton and the rest in Perth

Updated qualifications

I recently upgraded my Diploma of Remedial Massage from HLT50302 to HLT50307.

No huge changes, but I thought if I am a Members' Choice provider, it behoves me to have the latest qualification
