I found Barry Harwood, WA's first teacher accredited by the Association of Remedial Masseurs to be very helpful. In particular I found the Know Your Muscles course really helpful. The Transverse Friction course was also right up there.

Remedial massage DVDs

Whether you are an experienced remedial masseur of many years standing or a mum wanting to learn how to massage your baby, there are many great DVDs available which are great as refreshers for courses you attend.

I have found the Australian Terra rosa website to be helpful and competitive. (I used to buy everything from Amazon.com).

For the best craniosacral therapy in WA, you can't go past Rodney Hunt. If you have severe head, neck, whiplash injuries following a car crash for example, on most occasions I can give the relief you need. However, Rodney specialises in craniosacral therapy so I sometimes refer clients on to him.

Tracy's Slimtone Body Reshaper machines helped me lose seven or eight kilos. Tap dancing helps me keep the weight off!
