An important output of any structured process is documentation. Only with proper documentation can complex technical and business decisions be made rationally. The quality of documentation prepared by an organization is, however, not only important to ensure good quality products, or effective management, but it is also an important aspect of public relations. Based on extensive experience, Melikon can assist in several ways to prepare professional documents, e.g.:

Compile project documentation on behalf of clients

Melikon has developed frameworks for selected engineering, and project- and business management reports. These frameworks can be used as a starting point, and then tailored by Melikon, to help you compile suitable project documents. Participate in document reviews

The better an author knows the topic described in a document, the more difficult it becomes for him/her to spot problem areas such as gaps in the story line, poor editing, and mistakes. In order to overcome this problem, it is essential to have document reviews, involving knowledgeable, but independent reviewers. Melikon has already fulfilled this role for various clients, thereby contributing to improved document and product quality.

Auditing of documentation

Melikon can perform an independent audit, in order to identify possible weaknesses in the documentation process or in the content of project or business documentation.

Editing of documentation

Linguistic editing of documents is necessary, but not sufficient, to ensure document quality. Instead, the inputs of a subject-specific expert, with proper linguistic abilities, are required.
