Hannah
Huxtable presumably married Richard Kingwell in 1851 or 52 as Richard and Hannah
Kingwell appear in 1852 on the “David McIver” en route to Sydney. Richard died
on 14th. April during this voyage and Hannah arrived in Sydney on
19th. May
Hannah
Huxtable next appears in Maitland, NSW, as the widow of Richard Kingwell when
she married George Standen on 20th. November 1852. George’s first wife, Hannah
Lambert, had died on 28th. March of that year.
Richard Kingwell was probably the son of Mary Kingwell, single woman of Little Hill, who was buried 17th. September, 1850, aged 55. He would have been baptised 28 September, 1828.
