It was good to have 2 days for the course as, by the end of the 1st day, I was a bit overwhelmed, but by the end of the course everything made sense. Of course, with more practice, the whole has become a lot easier. I enjoyed this course immensely.

Aug 25 2007 - Small class and so, almost personal tuition given. Excellent rapport with instructor who was most helpful despite the haphazard raisng of questions by students as difficulties arose in their various exercises. Overall, a very pleasant class taught by a very knowledgeable instructor.

Aug 18 2007 - How can someone begin to describe Anja without becoming totally immersed in flowery phrases of praise and gratitude? Speaking as an ex-trainer or course facilitator, her approach to adult-learning is thorough and entertaining to say the least. When you look at the courses content and learning objectives, the course content id good (though quite over whelming for some) and the learning objectives are all covered, which is important. So I a ‘round-about way, I’m saying that Anja covers all bases and takes pride in a job well done.

May 7 2007 - This was one of the better courses concerning timing. There was not 'too much to be covered in too short a time'. This gave the class the opportunity to have excellent for one to one time with Anja. The course solved many of my questions and using the correct procedures when it comes to eBay. I leave the course much more confident about using eBay.

Feb 27 2007 - Thought it would have been a pre-requisite to be a registered ebay user prior to commencing the course. A lot of time was spent registering people for ebay and then paypal. Otherwise would highly recommend this course. The instructor was excellent, clearly explained everything, and was only too happy to answer any questions.

Feb 26 2007 - The course was a little disorganised. This may have been caused by the fact that there were people attending who had never been into Ebay previously and they had to be shown basics first, which are covered in the basics to buying course, a fair bit of time was wasted on this. THIS course was to be for SELLING and had prerequisites.

Feb 23 2007 - I think that as a pre requisite some experience with buying on eBay and to already have a login would be of some advantage. Maybe there could be a buying from eBay course.

Feb 13 2007 - I found that there was no problem too big for Anja to handle and resolve. Every question was answered immediately and Anja and re-answered when I didn't understand. Anja was so very, very patient, friendly and made me feel very comfortable in general and also in using Ebay. She has given me a lot of assistance by way of after hours help on the telephone. I feel very, very confident indeed and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to any one for instruction.
