Stock CC/CE Mirage Lancer brakes consist of rather thin 235mm rotors, utilising tiny pads without much friction surface area.
Level 1 FULL upgrade
Larger and thicker 256mm brake rotors.
Larger calipers from Proton GTI/Lancer CC GSR
Larger pads to suit.

Level 2 FULL upgrade
276mm rotors.
Twin piston calipers. There is a small type twin piston found in HJ Galant VR4 and a large type found in Evo1/2/3/FTO mivec but there is negligible difference in brake capacity.
Requires upgrade to 1inch brake master cylinder if you upgrade to rear discs but recommended nonetheless
Larger pads to suit calipers (part DB1223).
Custom rotors to suit 4x100
Hubcentric centering ring for disc rotor to fit 69mm bore rotors to the 64mm CC/CE hubs.
Custom brake lines if required.
