Appointments / Fees

Due to the COVID pandemic there are a number of changes (see details).

The first consultation for NEW and existing patients will be via TELEHEALTH. This will all be explained when you are making your first appointment (or by reading details here.)

Payment on the day is required. It can ONLY be by credit or debit card. There will be no PIN, only tap/pay-wave. (NO cash or cheques accepted).

Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours' notice of cancellations / alterations.
(due to increasing numbers of appointments lost through late cancellations or failure to attend, we were obliged to introduce a fee in 2016.)

As of May 2020, the fees and Medicare rebates are as follows:

NOTE: Cancellation, or change of appointment time: minimum 24 hours notice.

These fees are standard and will apply to all patients. No discounts are offered; bulk billing only for Telehealth.

There is an option for a subsequent Telehealth appointment, during the course of treatment, if further counselling is needed or other issues need to be discussed.)
