The Biochemic Handbook, by JB Chapman & Edward L Perry is currently OOP (out of print). This is an old book, first published around 1920 but with many subsequent reprintings. 

The following is the list of symptoms and associated remedies from the book. The symptoms and remedies are taken as a guide, but the list is not comprehensive and some experimenting is required.
