Hello Everybody, I've following questions and I appreciate anybody for hepling me: 1-Is any hardware/software in the market for converting any existing protocol to any customized protocol, in such a way that we can program incoming and outgoing protocols for existing master talking with new RTUs and/or different RTUs with various protocols with a new master? 2-Is any protocol converter(hardware/software) available in the market for converting existing synchronous protocols to asynchronous protocols ? contact Specter Intruments Austin TX www.specterinstruments.com they have a 6 port Programmable Interface Node (PIN) that can take any PLC/ASCII/232 etc input and output a "normalized" (generic) serial stream. regards Pat Porto
