The utility I work for is a member of the Dutch/Belgium ELCOM Users Group. So far there is no real organisation of ELCOM Users in Europe. There is an ELCOM Users Group in Scandinavia. We are in discussion with the ELCOM consortium to work out a way for ELCOM users to have influence on the development and modification of ELCOM. The ELCOM consortium exists of the companies that developped the ELCOM standards (EFI, ABB, Norsk Data, ...). May 14th there is another meeting of the Dutch/Belgium Users Group, this time in Arnhem, The Netherlands. I see no problem in ELCOM Users from other countries in joining this meeting. If anyone is interested, let me know or contact the chairman (Mr. Strabbing of KEMA) directly. If you want to know more about what we do, contact me via email or contact the chairman directly:
