I would like to know if anyone has any experience interfacing SCADA systems to the ICCP protocol which is used between power pools. What communication facilities does it run on ie dedicated communication lines, or can it run on Internet? Is there any conflicts regarding sending large messages and the real time data transfers? Does anyone have experience implementing this type of system? Anyone interested in providing estimates for software development associated with providing and implementing this protocol please reply to ivrand@edpower.com Thanks Ivar Rand
