The following minimum functionality is required:
Storage of pressure, flow, heating value, temperature and cathodic protection data, with a 10 minute sampling frequency
Data integrity checking and correction
Archiving and security
Ad hoc querying and downloading
Trend and exception reporting
Alarms
Tenderers may be selected from a short list drawn from those organisations that respond to this invitation to register interest. A Request for Proposal will be forwarded at a later date to all shortlisted organisations. Registrants are required to supply details of similar projects undertaken and any other information which may assist in the assessment of ability to execute and complete the project.
