Iona Presentation College

The Iona Auxiliary is part of the Iona Presentation College Parents & Friends Association and is actively involved in school life. The Auxiliary promotes fellowship and hospitality within the Iona community.

The Auxiliary organises social activities in both the Primary School and the College. All efforts by the Auxiliary are voluntary, and all members of the Iona community are welcome to participate. Being a member of the Auxiliary is a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

Meetings
Meetings are held on an 'as needed' basis, usually two to three times per term. An Annual General Meeting is held in November each year.

Events
At the request of the College and Primary School, the Auxiliary organises and caters for a number of events throughout the school year:
*New Parent Morning Tea (first day of school year and all parents welcome)
*Year 8 Parent/Daughter Information Evening
*St Patrick's Day Mass
*Year 8 Orientation Day
*Mothers' Morning Tea
*Year 8 Fathers’ Day Breakfast (with daughters)
*Mothers' Mass and Lunch
*Morning Tea at Iona Primary School Sports Carnivals

Committee
The Iona Auxiliary Committee is part of the Iona Presentation College and Primary School Parents & Friends Association (P&F). The committee is actively involved in school life, and we endeavour to create a friendly atmosphere where parents can come together to meet socially and participate in the school community.

The Iona Auxiliary make the most of opportunities at functions to run raffles. This covers our expenses and any excess funds are donated back to the Primary School and College.

We also make time to have fun and enjoy each others company along the way!
