Iona Golden Girls Reunion

The 20 October 2005 was a very special day in the history of our College, when we celebrated the 50 Year Reunion with the Class of 1955.
Margaret Herley welcomed 16 Golden Ionians and seven Presentation Sisters and invited our guests to a tour of the College before Mass in the Sisters Chapel with Father John Sherman and then the day concluded with a lunch in the Boarding House dining room.

Many stories were told, friendships renewed and most importantly, a  special link to our Past Students was revived.

Silver Jubilee Reunion Class of '80

On the 28th May we celebrated the Sliver Jubilee Reunion of the class of '80 with a champagne reception. It was a joyful evening in the library attended by 15 lovely ladies, teachers and Presentation Sisters. The past Boarders visited the boarding house and were impressed to see how much things have changed since their time at Iona. Margaret Herley presented everyone with a silver pin to commemorate this special occasion.

10 year Reunion of the Class of '95

A fantastic number of women joined us to celebrate their 10 year Reunion on the 7th of May in the library undercroft. There was lots of laughter and delight especially whilst reminiscing over the year 12 Ball photos. Margaret Herley enjoyed catching up with the girls and taking them on a tour of our Sports Complex building site. It was a fantastic night and we were thrilled to have nearly 50 girls in attendance as well as staff and Presentation Sisters.
