Class of 1999 reunion
On Saturday 1 August, the Class of 1979 gathered in the Seminar Room of the Iona Sports Center to celebrate their 30 year reunion. The year 1979 was quite significant not only for the Iona graduates of that year, but also for Mr Allan Karasavas, who started his successful career as a teacher and in-house magician at Iona in the same year. Class of 1984 reunion
This year’s Iona Silver girls (Class of 1984) came together on the Saturday 4 July to celebrate their 25 year reunion. Several of the past pupils travelled long distances to attend this special day and their efforts were not lost on the current College community – we love seeing our girls return to Iona! Champagne and petit fours were served and the atmosphere proved equally bubbly with the afternoon developing into an unforgettable event. To see photos from the event, please click here.
Class of 1999 reunion
On Saturday 13 June, the Class of 1999 returned to Iona to celebrate their ten year reunion. The event was wonderfully noisy and it was quite exciting to watch the vivacious group of young women get together to exchange their latest news.
After speeches from Principal Anne Pitos and 1999 Head Girl Katie Cook (McRae), Sr Mary became the center of attention as it was her 60th birthday; a not-to-be-missed opportunity for the Class of 1999 to wish her all the best. To see photos from the event, please click here.
