By being a member of and/or by participating in events organised and held by the Australian Lexus Soarer Club - Western Australia chapter, Soarer Club - WA or any other affiliated companies/clubs/programs whether they be sponsors or not and have invited our car club to attend to these events as a club, our members are to conform to the club's code of conduct, rules and regulations. These codes are also able to be modified without notification and updated to the discretion of the Committee members of the car club. Failure to abide by these rules, and in the interest of our members, their assets, their family and friends, the general commuting public and any of the club's affiliates, can deem your registration be voided and removed from the membership database, and that member no longer recognised as a Soarer Club - WA or Australian Lexus Soarer Club - Western Australian Chapter member.

Our code of conduct is to conform to the common laws as governed by the Western Australian government and policing section and all members are to abide by these rules. These rules regarding road use, road safety and all other aspects of road laws can and if required, requested by contacting the ruling body, that being government, police or any approved and associated affiliate/s.

Our rules are simple. Our members partake in these events out of their own choosing, to share a common hobby/interest whilst still obeying the rules as laid out by the Government of Western Australia, and all other affiliations that carry out this law as governed by that body. During/After/Prior to events organised by, or prompted by the Australian Lexus Soarer Club - Western Australian Chapter, Soarer Club - WA or any of it's associated and non-associated affiliates, the club will conform to the rules as indicated by the State of Western Australia. The club (being the Australian Lexus Soarer Club - Western Australian Chapter, Soarer Club - WA) and any of it's affiliations whether they be sponsors, other affiliations, or common interest groups (including other car clubs and similarly interested companies/businesses/associations/clubs/franchises and the like) are not to be held liable for any damage, loss, injury or death to an individual participating, third-party infringements, road infringments as deemed by the State of Western Australia. All club members that choose to participate in or be actively involved, (whether it be occassionally or fully) through their own choosing and are not forced, pressured or discriminated against, is done so by their own choosing.

The Australian Lexus Soarer Club, Australian Lexus Soarer Club - Western Australian Chapter or Soarer Club WA is NOT associated with Lexus/Toyota or their respective companies. This club is purely a fan based web site for people sharing a common interest in this motor vehicle. We are a non-profit club.
