This is our very first pod cast, recorded on 9 September 2011. In today show we cover some great news from Hanshi about the opening of the Granville studio, we have news on Benny the jet and some other great instructors coming to our dojo's. We also talk about tournament results, we also talk about the seminar with Chris Robinson, we talk about the fundraiser for sensei Margie, we also cover the grading results from jujitsu gradings and karate grading. We also talk about the up-and-coming trip that some of our sense says that taking to Okinawa.

Today we have a fantastic interview with the Hanshi, Hanshi gives us a great insight to his martial arts. We cover the ISKA tournament result world titles held in Sydney, Matt fills us in about the Okinawan trip, how good it was and what they got up too.

Wow, a New Year, Christmas has come and gone holidays come and gone and it's time to get back into some serious training. Guess what Matt and I are back into the saddle again pretending we are radio superstars to bring you the latest in club news and events. Wow winter is here already, and Sensai Matt and I have got together again and had some fun doing another pod cast. There has been so much happening everything from winning an iPad to great new seminars coming are up! We talk about the gradings and all the other club news. Congratulations go Luke Read on reaching his third-degree blackbelt.
We had a normal segments everything from questions and answers, a UFC roundup and much much more. Today's interview is with grandmaster Kiichi Nakamoto.
We also talk about sportsmanship in martial arts including a very sickening soccer kicked in the head received by a MMA competitor. I wasn't going to post this video, I changed my mind. If you listen to "This week in MMA" the guys there will give you a full description of what happened. It is also a great podcast for anyone that is interested in UFC and MMA. Be a bit warned it is explicit!

Pollets Podcast Minisode 2

Well here's something new, Sensai Matt and Shihan Scott are now doing a regular Minisode and we have special guest hosts. Today we have Sensai Ben Millard and Sensai Jason Puxley
Unlike a normal show in an Minisode we have a discussion and talk candidly about two or three subjects. In today's Minisode we cover subjects like UFC events, how to mentally prepare yourself for a tournament as well as other topics. It's only about 20 min long so sit back and enjoy!

How lucky were Sensai Matt and I, we managed to score Hanshi for a special guest host for our latest Minisode. We recorded this Minisode just before the Dubbo grading on 21 September 2012. Sensai Matt and I are now up to podcast number six, Christmas special to 2012. In this episode we do cover some news, events and the normal good fun stuff that we do. We have a full roundup of all the dojo plus we also have Hanshi Pollet talking about the year that was. He also talks about the movie that was filmed at Bathurst.
