2-PACKS The Dino-Riders action figures were released as 2-packs to the accompany the Series 1 & 2 dinosaur sets. There were also 2-packs released for the Ice Age series. Each 2-pack consists of one Dino-Rider and one Rulon figure, packaged on a blister card. The figures are repaints of figures found in the dinosaur sets. Series 2 released 8 2-packs. Questar, Krulos, Mind-Zei, Yungstar & Serena are characters from the cartoon and comic series. The others are characters unique to the 2-packs. Series 2 2-packs are a little harder to come by than Series 1, but the dedicated collector shouldn't have any real trouble. Loose they can be difficult to tell apart from other figures, so look for their sometimes strange colour schemes. Series 2 added more variety to the Rulon mix, with stingray, bug & crocodile-headed warriors available. The Dino-Riders got a new female sculpt (but where are the blondes?).
