50-year Reunion for Class of 1957

Luncheon 12 noon to 4.00 pm --- No partners or guests, please
Afterwards: Informal reunions --- Partners optionalWe will have exclusive use of a restaurant area in the hotel, which is adjacent to a bar. Our plan is to have drinks and an informal buffet meal there, allowing plenty of opportunity for circulation and chatting. The room is booked until 4 pm, after which we will be free to continue in large or small groups at nearby bars and restaurants.

We ask that you let Ian know as soon as possible whether you will be able to attend. Please also indicate whether you will be staying for the evening, since we should make some advance restaurant bookings for dinner.
Let Ian know of any dietary restrictions or other special needs. Food and drinks should cost about $70 per person..
Sunday gatherings
We suggest that those of you who are interested in further gatherings on the Sunday also let us know, so that we can at least circulate this information to all and facilitate such gatherings. We are not inviting partners to the Saturday event at noon, so that it will be more like the old school days, but of course partners and friends could be involved on Saturday evening and Sunday.
The present whereabouts of many classmates are unknown to us. Perhaps you have kept in touch with some of them, and can provide contact details. In order to further enlarge our 1957 old boys network, please forward this message and the register to any new contacts.

Our contact spreadsheet has space for additional information about yourself, and what you have been doing since 1957. Our goal is to collect as much information as possible, so please send it to us, preferably by addition to the spreadsheet. Any photos of former students, in 1957 or later, will be very welcome. Eventually we will send the complete information to everybody.
