Seattle Media Centre speaks out for world
civil society against unjust WTO 'new round'StopMAI announces that Public Citizen's media services are open for coverage of the World Trade Organisation's Third Ministerial meeting in Seattle, USA.
Where: Town Hall, 8th and Seneca Street, Seneca Space Lower Level. Two blocks from the Ministerial meetings at the Seattle Trade and Convention Center

First Orientation and Briefing: 8:00 a.m. Monday, Nov. 29th
Our Media Centre will host its first briefing to unveil the weeks press calendar and orient reporters to venues and events at the Town Hall, 8th and Seneca, on Monday, November 29th at 8:00 a.m. Participants include: Mike Dolan and Lori Wallach.
The media centre provides an opportunity for journalists to find and interview noted WTO experts from around the world. The centre will provide daily press packets and hold issue-specific press conferences on a wide range of issues including: the WTO's impact on forestry; trade in toxins; domestic sovereignty; protection of the environment and endangered species, labour and human rights, and other issues
Special emphasis will be placed on the daily civil-society theme days:

Tuesday, November 30: Labor and Human Rights
Wednesday, December 1: Food and Agriculture
