Moto One - 1

I took the day off work and delivered my bike to Moto One. I was delayed on two fronts: Just getting out of bed early and the closure of City Link. The traffic was crazy.

I was loaned a Cagiva 650. Quite a nice bike with heaps of get up and go. Pity about the racing position.

I made a point of the engine vibration problem.

I killed time at a clients site at Warburton.

I left the clients site at 4:15 and arrived at Moto One at 6:10. Things looked grim, no lights, no sign of activity. But as I pulled up as was most happy to find the last employee on a bicycle trying to close up the front door. I explained that I was riding his bike and needed to pick up mine. He opened up the shop and we swapped bikes and a sum of money. Boy was that a close call.

On the way home I'm thinking to myself that the motor vibration is better. Maybe it was a little, but still not good enough. How sad.

To finish off the day, I was riding through fairly heavy rain from Warragul to home and I was wet. Jeans just aren't water proof. When I arrived home I poured the water out of my boots. I really must purchase some waterproof gear.

Still unhappy with the motor vibration problem.
