BM Motorcycles

Today I had a bit of time up my sleeve as I had finished up with my client early, so I took the time to drop in at BM Motorcycles again.

I explained to one of the gentlemen there that I had a vibration in the engine that I wasn't happy about. He stopped what he was doing and walked out with me to my bike. I started up the bike and his first comment was "It sounds like its running on one and a half cyclinders!" Finally, I have someone who hears the same thing I do. He wasn't able to do much today as he had other work on, but I have booked a slot at the end of the month and I'm sure hoping for a cure.

Why is it that both BMW Southbank and Moto One didn't hear the problem? Aren't they supposed to be 'The Best!"? I have my doubts.
