LT & Associates are a building design business which provides a design and drafting service for extensions, renovations, new homes and pergolas, designed to the new energy efficiency standards. We also provide services in commercial and industrial projects.
Our first meeting is at your home or site and will allow us to discuss your plans and ideas and determine the possibilities for your proposed building design. We will also advise of council regulations and restrictions which relate to your site.
Once a design brief and proposal are accepted, work is begun on the sketch designs to give you an understanding of what the finished product will be. After the sketch designs are finalised, the drawings are then progressed to design development stage which the working & construction drawings are based on. These are used for submission to Council and Tender & Construction purposes.

We also offer a building consultant service, in which we offer you a range of professional consultancy services, including pre-purchase inspections, expert witness reports, construction progress reports, defects reports, dilapidation reports and insurance reports just to mention a few. Our fee is $150 for a 2 hour session.
Structural Engineering, Contour and Height Surveys, Energy Efficiency and Town Planning can be organised by us on your behalf with Registered Professional Engineers , Licenced Soil testers, Surveyors and Town Planners.
