Judo training 1 main hall, bring gi and full water bottle for all sessions

Dinner

7.15 – 8.15pm

Beach activities

8.30pm

Supper. Milo, tea, coffee and biscuits followed by shower and getting ready for bed. Hang gi to dry

What to bring

Sunscreen, gi, running shoes, 2xtshirt, 2xshorts, sweater, hat, pillow and sleeping bag, sleepwear, insect repellent, waterbottle, bathers, towel, soap etc, necessary medication and a positive attitude!
