• Water Research Laboratory - Coastal Imaging Home Page (Gold Coast Artificial Reef) Description: An automated, four-camera coastal imaging system was installed in July 1999 at the Gold Coast (Australia), to monitor and quantify coastline changes that are occurring in response to the construction of the Gold Coast Artificial (Surfing) Reef, and sand nourishment of adjacent beaches.   Description: The Institute of Estuarine and Coastal Studies (IECS) is a multi-disciplinary and consultancy organisation set up to utilise the facilities and expertise in coastal science and management within the University of Hull.
