CZM Pty Ltd provides strategic studies, surveys and assessments to appraise and deliver coastal development projects to protect people, property and natural habitats. Assessments involve identifying the most appropriate solution to a problem, in terms of technical viability, economic justification, environmental impacts and long-term sustainability.

CZM Pty Ltd has been involved in the formulation and provision of a range of teaching and professional development courses. These include special guest lectures as part of established University teaching programs, formulation and delivery of coastal units and development and delivery of hands-on training schemes to aid in the preparation of United Nations National Communications by non-Annex 1 countries to the Kyoto Protocol.

CZM Pty Ltd has been involved in the formulation and provision of a range of services towards vulnerability and adaptation assessment in the coastal zone. This has included the production of a report for the Australian Greenhouse office on approaches to long-term responses for sea-level rise, climate change and extreme events.

CZM Pty Ltd works with clients to design and implement stakeholder engagement and consultation processes. We also have extensive experience in communication, consultation and facilitation. We have extended our training approach to encompass a more holistic view of capacity building by addressing change management and conflict resolution.
