What you are about to read is of profound
importance. It concerns our global environment, but it concerns you and your family a
great deal more.
The truth is that energy demand is increasing around the globe and energy supplies are
diminishing rapidly. Consequently the energy supply crisis, first predicted back in the
late 1960's, is now looming very fast, and everyone on this planet will be affected.
Indications of this energy supply shortage are becoming more frequent and the need to
arrest this trend far more urgent. In simple terms, pain, expense, and misery will
confront us all in a few short years, unless something radical prevents or avoids this
CRISIS!
The good news and one of the biggest stories in human history is that it is now
possible to avert this crisis. But your help is needed to pass the good word on. It
is unfortunate that governments and the media for more than 50 years have ridiculed and
denied this subject, while scientific principles with the potential to avoid this crisis
have been totally disregarded for even longer.
Please take this very seriously because one way or another these matters will affect
you and your family, in the near future.
It is perhaps coincidental that the story comes together from two different sources,
but this only serves to dramatise its global importance. Witness these events.
- In March 2001 U. S. Secretary of Energy Spencer Abraham warned "America faces a major
energy supply crisis over the next two decades," adding," we'll need nearly
1,600 new [power] plants by 2020 - or more than 90 every year-just to keep pace."
That's more that one every week for twenty years. (will it end there?) In addition,
"the failure to meet this challenge will threaten our nation's economic prosperity,
compromise our national security, and literally alter the way we live our lives."
- Months earlier, in June 2000, T. E. Bearden, LTC, U.S. Army (Retired) published a paper
entitled The Unnecessary Energy Crisis: How to Solve It Quickly, in which he
described global energy pressures "converging to a catastrophic collapse of
the world economy in about eight years." But unlike Abraham who offered no solution
beyond political optimism, Bearden described how "the technical basis for that
solution and part of the prototype technology required are now at hand."
- Then, on May 9, 2001, a group of government, military and other witnesses to UFO and
extraterrestrial events and projects came forward at the National Press Club in
Washington, D.C. to disclose the truth to the world. This Disclosure Campaign seeks to get
open hearings in the Congress, ban weapons from space, and get the Earth-saving
technologies related to UFO energy and propulsion systems out to benefit an ailing world.
What is the connection? Zero-point energy! ZPE briefly discussed at the 'Disclosure
Conference' is the same science utilised by the over-unity technologies that Bearden
describes as the solution to the global energy crisis. Somewhat coincidently in time, this
convergence of science is now available and can be employed to avert the global energy
crisis. It can halt and, in time, rectify environmental degradation that is killing our
beautiful planet. (ZPE is the energy that drives the whole universe, from the smallest
atom to the largest galaxy.)
To avoid a crisis of potentially catastrophic proportions and great personal discomfort
therefore, we should be vitally concerned about this science and urge its up-take as
quickly as possible. But therein lie two major problems.
First, the existence of alien technology has been the subject of denial and ridicule
for years, whether at government, aerospace, or military levels, or during a friendly
dinner table chat with friends.
Now that time has passed. It is time for the truth to be revealed for the sake of this
planet and all of its inhabitants. The welfare of humanity means there is no longer any
credence for the "ridicule factor" that seems to drive media interest, or for
government denial at humanity's expense.
In simple terms, economic prosperity, national security and a catastrophic
collapse of the world economy are not matters to be scoffed at, veiled in secrecy, or
treated with contemptuous indifference! Our future and the future of our loved ones is in
jeopardy.
If you haven't already done so, I urge you to view the online video of the Disclosure
Conference and read the documents presented at "Disclosure" You may find
your beliefs are stretched somewhat, but if you are genuinely concerned for your family
and for humanity, then please treat what you find there as a conscience lesson of the
first order, and not as a farce for entertainment or ridicule. Your future wellbeing
depends very much on whether this information is treated seriously, reported accurately,
and dealt with honestly.
Second, the adoption of Zero Point Energy is effectively blocked in many quarters. The
reason according to Bearden is, quote, "that our electrical scientists and engineers
have not yet even discovered how a circuit is powered! They have no valid concept of where
the electrical energy flowing down the power line actually comes from. This vast
scientific "conspiracy of ignorance" is completely inexplicable," he says,
"because the actual source has been known and rigorously proven in particle physics
for nearly half a century! " And he goes on, "it has not yet even been added
into the fundamental electrical theory used in designing and building power systems."
Yet despite this scientific "conspiracy of ignorance," laboratories around
the world regularly replicate ZPE and over-unity work with great success. We have
motionless generators that put out vastly more energy than is ever fed in (e.g. 700%
efficiency) and batteries similar in many ways to the one in your car can be made to do
the same - and have been for 20 years past!
Yet despite these magnificent advances, Bearden says "most of our present
scientific community surmise that "it may perhaps be the science of the next
century."
Do you see why Bearden called it the 'unnecessary energy crisis'? We are being kept in
the dark while a potentially devastating crisis looms from which we have no escape. For a
more extreme example of how we have been denied great benefits, take a look at the
postscript to this article.
Do you see the problem? We now have solutions that can prevent an energy crisis! What
we do not have is another century to hide behind denial, ridicule, secrecy, and a
"scientific conspiracy of ignorance of epic proportions"! Some opportunists
suggest the energy crisis will not bite hard until 2020, but most commentators I have
researched are talking this side of 2010!
Indicators show up every day, as shown by the rolling shutdowns in California. Other
countries have similar problems. For example, here in my own country Dr Bob Booth wrote
recently in the Electricity Supply Magazine that Australia's problem is biggest in
Victoria and South Australia "where you could have a real disaster. Reserves have
declined in Victoria and South Australia to below California's, and represent a potentially
dangerous combination of circumstances."
In answer to that, it has been proven possible to obtain electromagnetic energy cheaply
and cleanly via a process that is easily initiated anywhere, any time, for peanuts! That
means replacement technology needs to be rolling off assembly lines within three years -
else normal take-up time will ensure that the solution will be too little, -too late! The
implications are truly enormous! Picture in your mind a world where:
- There are no pollutants from worldwide combustion of vast amounts of hydrocarbons.
- Nuclear power plants and their associated hostile wastes are replaced by clean
non-polluting electrical power systems.
- Automobiles, trucks, aircraft, and ships are self-powering, have no harmful exhausts and
do not pollute.
- Small engine devices such as mowers, power saws, lawn tractors, etc. are replaced with
clean, electrical systems whose entire power supply is the size of a human fist or
smaller. Your house, your office and your factory can be powered in the same way.When the
poorest developing nation can afford these self-powering electrical power systems.
Consequently these countries can be placed on a very fast lane to the development and
financial uplifting of their people.
And there is much more. The scientific principles extend beyond 'energy' into other
domains.
- Computing capacity and speed by super-luminal technology will be phenomenal. Within 10
years, every home will have a personal computer of a power, speed, and performance that
would require literally thousands of today’s supercomputers to equal.
- Practical transportation in space will be achieved and will become an everyday reality.
Great ships will freely traverse the solar system and beyond.
- A new, patient-friendly medical therapy will be practiced, healing almost all diseases
including altered genetics in diseases such as AIDS. There will exist no such thing as a
"resistant" pathogen. Mental disease will be quickly and easily reversed and
eliminated.
We currently have before us the vision and the technology of how science can meet these
needs, and how it can resolve most of the problems that have so beset us in centuries
past".
But will it happen? How quickly we advance into this shining future depends upon:
- How fast the scientific mindset changes to accommodate the new approach. How quickly
covert secrecy is abandoned and these new scientific advances are fully
"disclosed"
- How soon denial, ridicule, apathy and ignorance are done way with.
- How soon humanity manifests maturity and respect for our civilisation, for our planet,
and for our cosmic neighbours.
We need to make this millennium the greatest one that humankind has ever experienced!
The alternative is too horrible to contemplate, and it will surely come unless we act to
prevent it. I have provided web links at the end of this article for you to study these
matters at your leisure. Whether or not you do so however, will not change your choices.
You can passively wager your health, happiness and prosperity on science that brought
us to this point, and that now has no way out? Or you can make your voice heard for proven
science that can?
Remember this; jet aircraft did not result from mastering piston-propeller aircraft.
Transistors were not invented by mastering vacuum tubes. And breakthrough energy systems
will not be created by refinements to the use of fossil fuels, erecting solar panels, or
improving internal combustion engines!
We can have the promised shiny future only if the scientific community focuses its
attention and tackles the problem rather than opposing it with incoherent science,
foolishly supported by doctrines that argue we are not mature enough to handle truth. Such
foolhardiness is arrogant and immaturity itself, which in the face of impending crisis is
unconscionable and wholly inexcusable. Maturity demands that truth is heard and that
science is granted proper process!
Your voice is needed to plead and demand this cause. You will find it easy to do your
part if you just remember this. You do not need to understand the science involved; you
only need to understand that someone does. Then with passion, insist that it be given its
proper place in the name of humanity, treated responsibly and with diligence.
The needs of suffering humanity and the needs of our suffering biosphere are urgent.
They must be met! The challenge is how to introduce this technology with least disruption
and imposition. New technologies and manufacturing processes will be required obviously,
while other changes will result from simple substitutions and replacement technologies.
Naturally fossil fuel companies, electrical generation utilities, governments, airlines,
and industry will be affected, but there are two sides to every coin.
Even if global warming and pollution don’t cause devastation for all life on this
planet wars fought over fast dwindling energy reserves surely will.
On the other hand, we have a choice to change direction now, and actively develop new
policies to focus on these new energy solutions rather than going further down the track
that has brought us to the pending crisis we see loming today! How long will it take our
"leaders" to recognise this self-evident truth? Can we afford that time?
Clearly there is need for great temperance during this introductory phase, and a
resolute attitude toward creating benefits for humanity and our civilisation. Disruption
can be minimised by looking for opportunities. If we can hold on to a vision of growth,
and seek opportunity for mankind from a global perspective, transition will be smoother at
local levels. The secret lies in accepting the entirety of what must be done, as early as
possible, so that transition can be phased in over the greatest possible time frame. This
will ensure least disruption to services, corporate profits, job maintenance, financing,
and government adjustments. The longer these matters are left, or thwarted, the more that
disruption will be inevitable and the pain greater.
Unless we speak out, and we encourage others to do so, nothing will happen except an
unnecessary energy crisis that offers no answers, and no relief.
- Will you stake your family's future on past science that has brought you to this point
of no escape, or the new science that can lead you out?
- Will you permit complacency to rule in the face of predicted catastrophe?
- Will you permit the media, the scientific community, or your political representatives
to exploit your future well-being through gross irresponsibility, denial of the truth,
ridicule, apathy or derision?
- Or will you demand from your leaders and all others concerned that honesty, integrity,
and wholesome commitment to truth and scientific principle is advanced for the sake of
your family and civilisation?
Are you prepared to inspire and motivate your politician, your educational
establishments, your newspaper, and your banking concerns? Are you prepared to enlist the
support of the environmental community that prides itself on passionate concern? Their
heart is in the right place and it's not their fault that superior science has been hidden
from them.
Please do your part. Together, let us get this wonderful technology to work so we can
avoid potential disaster and reverse the damage that has been done.
We owe it to ourselves, we owe it to our children, and we owe it to our beautiful
planet and all of its inhabitants.

Postscript:
My personal experience and research of the energy subject over many years convinces me
of the difficulty in shaking established mind-sets. The example below shows how the
science that we now understand is related to Zero Point energy has been squelched in the
past. The immediacy of the energy crisis now confronting humanity demands that we do not
allow a repetition of this obstruction. There can be no justification for human suffering
or death when alternatives are possible, ever. This circumstance must never be allowed
again.
This excerpt is extracted from the Thomas Bearden website, quote, "In the late
1960's and early 1970's Antoine Prioré and a team of leading French Scientists
demonstrated conclusive, total remissions of terminal tumors and infectious diseases in hundreds
of laboratory animals. Their research was performed under rigorous scientific protocols
and funded by the French Government. Complete remission of the treated diseases was
obtained. In addition, the animal's immune systems were also restored to normal. Further,
disease-specific antibodies were also created: a single drop of blood drawn from an animal
that had been treated and recovered, injected into the body of a second animal with the
same terminal illness, resulted in total remission of disease in the second animal, and
its total recovery. In the mid -70's Prioré's work was suppressed, because of
hostility of the oncology community, change of the French Government and loss of further
funding, and complete inability of physicists and biologists to even hypothesize a
mechanism for the curative results.
The suppression of such a revolutionary discovery, even though its technical
methodology was not understood, remains one of the heinous examples of scientific
dogma blocking highly innovative research and results. Untold millions of human lives
would have been saved had science and government acted along scientific lines.
Antoine Prioré is now dead. His machine has been dismantled. The iron dogma and hatred
of electromagnetic medicine by bureaucratic science may have doomed hundreds of millions
of humans -- whom Prioré's device could have saved -- to bitter, agonising, and
unnecessary deaths. Hitler, Stalin, and Mao combined were not responsible for the deaths
of so many.
Now you can find a 30 page summary of the whole Prioré affair, which together with Tom
Bearden's summary, is an excellent tool to present to any potential funder who might be
interested in resurrecting the process to cure cancer, AIDS, and other cellular
afflictions. Tom has already done the conceptual work for an extension of this process.
Phase 1 is estimated to cost around $1M and several Foundations have been approached to
date."
May 25, 2001 Update - from the "disclosure" website On May 9, 2001, one of
the largest and most successful press conferences in the recent history of the National
Press Conference was completed. More than 20 military, government and corporate witnesses
to unambiguous UFO and extraterrestrial events stated their testimony before millions and
this kick-off event for the Campaign for Disclosure was carried by major media worldwide.
More than 250,000 people jammed the web-cast, and since
May 9, dozens of interviews have been conducted with major media worldwide, including CNN,
BBC radio and TV, NBC Dateline, CBS and others. The Voice of America and dozens of other
