OpTecs offers the following VoiceCafe live web based communications products.  These do not require additional investment in hardware, need no special hosting or infrastructure, and download and install quickly on almost any PC. 

Here's a simple key to understanding these Voicecafe products
'Mini' in the product name means small and
'Com' means LiveVoice Chat. (e.g. MiniCom)
'Master' means the product has a Moderator Console for the master operator
'Tour' means the product has 'page push' facilities to take participants on a tour through documents or web pages

MyCom - is the entry level live voice communication product. It offers unique user-friendly live voice chat for 5 and 10 persons with  the choice of 12 different screen appearances from one of our predesigned templates.  Mycom offers a unique user-friendly interface and has text chat too. You can be chatting live with friends/family or business associates in no time.

VoiceMaster - A professional voice communication centre holding 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500 people with the choice of 12 great looking appearances from the MyCom template selection. VoiceMaster has text chat also plus a Moderator Console which provides monitoring and Kick functions. A free personal live demonstration can be arranged.

TourMaster 10/25 - is a cost effective live collaboration, conference and instruction tool!  It allows you to engage in live voice interaction, take written question, and push (display) web pages to all participants for review. Perfect for any live instruction, Internet tour or group/business meeting for 10 or 25 people. TourMaster 10/25 has the choice of two great appearances but does not support video streaming at this time. A free personal demonstration can be arranged.

TourMaster - is OpTecs premium live collaboration, conference and instruction tool.
TourMaster allows you to stream live video, engage in live voice interaction, take written questions and "push" web pages to all participants for their review. It has a Whiteboard facility that enables live text and freehand drawing including basic shapes and colour, and includes a save feature.
TourMaster is perfect for any live instruction, classroom setting or business meeting of groups from 50, 100, 250, to 500 people. TourMaster includes the Moderator Console which provides monitoring, muting, kick and ban functions.  A free personal demonstration can be arranged.

VideoMaster Coming soon-  VideoMaster9 will have 9 streaming video channels.

SupportMaster.  Perfect for ISP's, and for live technical and field support using web cam and quality live audio.  Perfect also for small, medium and big business, this program can eliminate the need for 800 toll free calling and cut service phone calls by half.   A masterfull program that combines all the features of tourmaster with 2 x video streams for the host and one user, plus whiteboard, page-push, drawing, text and save features.   It comes into its own for remote technical support whereby the 'remote' button 'pushes' a small (70K) program that enables an operator to access a remote computer and fix problems on screen..  (remote webcam can be used for added feedback)  When finished, click 'NO' and the program cancels fully, thereby restoring full security.  Imagine the savings in time and travel for Tech Support offered by this program.

 MiniCom -a very small (96K) software product with superb audio quality. Personal and private for 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500 people, MiniCom offers superb live voice communications.  This is a software-based product with superb live voice quality priced well below comparable branded products.  A free personal demonstration can be arranged.

More information about MiniCom

MiniCom is a software-based product, useable only by those having a copy of the same software, as issued to them personally by the purchaser (owner). No one else has access. And (if necessary) the owner can permanently banish any person no longer welcome. Each MiniCom product is hand built. Accordingly, this product is quite different from all the other VoiceCafe products that allow others to click on for access.

The MiniCom product may be purchased by anyone, however members of Optecs can obtain a good discount, and may also on-sell the product for commissions. Please remember that in many cases if not all, this represents repeat (monthly) business, and repeat commissions therefore.

MiniCom can be attached to other VoiceCafé products for a small set-up fee.

Personalised MiniCom - Your very own branded Voice Channel. You can now order your own personalised MiniCom from OpTecs. This includes 5 Buttons much like the version you can test, or have tested already. One (colour chosen) button is for audio configuration, and four others will be linked to web pages you choose to suit your needs. Clicking on the buttons will bring up mini-browser style pages that slot over the MiniCom Interface but don't effect any conversations going on, (unless the Audio Configuration button is selected.) One click on a 'return' button brings you straight back to live Voice Chat. The top banner of the MiniCom Interface can be branded with your company name or wording of your choice, though it is not a linkable graphic. You will need to supply the top graphic banner, since it's design is not covered in the set-up fee.
