Voice and video Internet communications just got a whole lot better because of these 3 new developments.
New products
A new product called SuportMaster is to be released soon, especially for business customer support. This will include video streaming with voice chat because great support depends on real time communications. (Details coming soon.)
Personal real time voice communication
Corporate identification is available for the Minicom product, because that is just what every business needs. MiniCom -is a very small (96K) software product with superb audio quality, now available for personal and private uses for 5 or 10 people at once. You can own a personalised version with the top banner branded with your company name, logo or wording of your choice, like this for example.
You can make your own (set size) banner and OpTecs will install it on your MiniCom voice page. For a small charge I can create one for you like the one I have created for myself. Then you can give the file to anyone you choose to invite into your own personal voice communication room - family, friends and business clients, or anyone just for fun.
In addition, 4 Buttons on the MiniCom interface are linked to web pages that you choose according to your needs, including e-mail. This gives you a powerful tool for many purposes such as:
- A "Notice Board" you maintain on a web page telling your friends/clients when you will be online, special offers etc. Include your contact details and special notices.
- A link to the Home Page on your website.
- Your sales catalogue
- An automated email link.
- Family album, hobbies, or anything of special interest.
