| Biography | I have been Teaching and Performing for approximatley 15 years and am a strong supporter of the A-Z discipline. I find it to be a great Teaching and Learning tool and cannot promote it highly enough. Out of all my studies and all the people I have had workshops with Nationally and Internationally I have found this has been the best and most clearly set out learning there is. My passion is like most others to help women with better body image and confidence.
