  Bellydancing - are you starting out?

For an easy introduction to bellydancing, we have the Bellydance Book, full of how-to-do techniques, diagrams, culture, history and much more.

To learn all basic techniques individually, the 1001 Bellydance Moves triple dvd instructional set is useful - slow moves, fast moves and travelling moves. Each move is broken down and terminologies are basic and easy to understand.

A-Z Bellydance is our most popular system, which is based on 16-part routines that teach you how to dance with rhythm and flow, as you learn core techniques, cultural terminologies, smooth transitions and an array of bellydance movement combinations. The A-Z Original dvd is the best starting point, followed by the A-Z Advanced instructional dvd. Our aim is to offer you simplicity, confidence, artistry and core tools for creative growth.
 
           
 
  Would you like to have some creative fun?

AstroBelly is a creative, fun way of learning 12 routines that can be applied to various dances - the dvd features a classical dance, drum solo, cane dance and veil dance. It is an easy concept to learn, choreograph with and teach - with plenty of online support and fun class ideas!

SunDance and MoonRise CDs and more original music is available, composed with these routines in mind. In fact, all our music has been created to support the A-Z and AstroBelly routines, so you can use these cds to learn.
 
           
    Interested in Study courses or Teaching Certification?

A-Z Personal Techniques courses
take approximately 6-12 weeks to complete and ensure you learn and become certified in the A-Z Original and/or Advanced routines. On completion you will have mastered each routine.

Teacher Training in the A-Z system certifies you to teach the routines competently to others, and allows you to run Personal Techniques courses in the A-Z method worldwide. We have a strong, supportive international network and regularly travel and exchange workshops.
 
           
 
 

Want to use Bellydance for Fitness?

Body Quake Elements is a fun fitness program, filmed on the Red Sea. It utilizes A-Z routines and some samba style dance.

World Dance Aerobics is an energetic combination of 15 minutes of bellydance workout, followed by 15 minutes of latin cardio and 15 minutes of power yoga stretches. The concept is now called Pulse8 Fitness. You can see more here, including how to become a Pulse8 Instructor.
