Transported to Tasmania on board the Atwick, sailed from London 30 September 1837. Arrived 24 January 1838. Barbara (junior) believed to have died.
"Transported for stealing silk toy (?). Goal (gaol?) report. Not ???? well behaved in Goal. Married, 4 children. Stated this offence stealing silk and ??? the goods. Prosecuted at Manchester. Husband tried and acquitted. Married 4 children. Husband Joseph at Liverpool. 2 children females on board one 7 months old the other 11 years old."
