Record EVERY detail as it is planned. Initially enter all Quotes from suppliers as you receive them. All quotes are displayed to you in Category order, so you can compare prices before you choose!
 
 

You will be in complete control of your plans and budget! The Budget is, without a doubt the MOST important planning tool. Keep a close eye on your costs ! Nominate a total overall budget figure. You will warned if your total actual costs exceed this figure! Our Wedding Planner will let you know immediately if costs exceed budget on any individual item. Just watch out for variances that turn RED ! You can print Invitations for the wedding, the bridal shower, the hen’s night, the buck’s night and the rehearsal dinner. Printing invitations has never been easier ! Forget about having to drag and drop pictures, selecting or changing text or font sizes, Our Wedding Planner has made invitation printing a breeze ! You just need to click through these 4 simple steps:

 

 
 
      • Choose who is issuing the invitation
      • Check the screen to see all details are correct (ie. Venues, dates, times)
      • Choose to print ALL invitations at once or selectively choose guests
      • Choose print style (ie. 1 or 2 per page, plain, bordered or with picture)
 
  That’s all you need to do! Its that simple! Click here to see how its done! All guests names are automatically merged into the invitations. You can choose any A4 stationery you like. There are some beautiful designs, colours and patterns around. Try the different styles readily available in Our Wedding Planner to see what suits your chosen stationery. You can print one per A4 page, or the popular style of 2 per A4 size – just cut down the middle with a paper cutter. Try the new transparent papers, and attach them to a colourful or patterned backing card, using hearts or other decorative split pins. Decorate and personalise your invitations with your own ideas! You can choose which wedding guests are invited to each of the Pre-wedding parties. All you need to do is click the check boxes against each guest's name. Invitations will only be printed for those selected guests! Each pre-wedding party has its own RSVP section – so you can print out lists of invited guests AND attending guests for all events!
 
 

 

Keep track of all RSVP’s as they arrive in the mail, or as people phone or email! Avoid the worry of losing RSVP cards or scribbled down phone messages! Manage your guest list with ease! Once all RSVP’s have been entered, you can produce a listing which will show all attending guests, including total number of males and females – this may help with ordering bombonieres and with seating arrangements, and it will also show the total number of adults and children – which will help with catering plans as well as seating arrangements.
 
 

 

Table Seating arrangements are so simple! Just nominate how many guests are to be seated on each table, how many are on the Bridal table and Our Wedding Planner will tell you how many tables are required. Allocate each guest to a table number. You can view or print Table Seating sheets at any time. You will be warned if you have overallocated the maximum number of guests per table!
 
 

 

Managing your Gift Register has never been easier! Plan a Wish List of gifts you would like to receive for your wedding. Some people like to lodge these with a department store, but you can also manage your own with Our Wedding Planner. Simply enter a list of the items, and mark in the names of anyone who offers to buy that gift. When gifts are actually received, record them immediately, along with the guest’s name who gave it to you. Add an optional personalised message for each person’s gift. This will print out on the Thank You letter, which will automatically thank them for the gift, and will add your personalised message if you have chosen to add one!. You will never be embarrassed by not remembering who gave you which gift!
