the meantime, if you wish to pay by credit card, cheque, cash
or money order, simply click here
to print the order form. Fill out the order details on
the form, and if paying by credit card, fill out the correct
details, including the 16 digit card number, the CCV number
(that's the 3 digits on the reverse side of your credit card),
the EXACT name of the card holder, the expiry date (MM/YY),
and of course, the signature. We accept Visa,
Mastercard and Bankcard. Then
send the order via one of these three methods:
