We offer no guarantees that gold will be found by any of the tour participants. We reserve the right to amend tour details or cancel according to weather conditions, ground availability or access. We assume no liability for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal equipment, delays or irregularities that may occur for whatsoever reason. We will not be held responsible for any Travel Insurance or claims by tour participants on their own Travel Insurance Policies. No refunds will be made to any participant who leaves the tour before the final day. No refunds will be made in the event of inclement weather affecting tour destinations.
