ASSIGNMENT 2 - Due November 2nd.(I have given you an extra week)

Assignment 2 is on line. I will take copies of the papers to the EDFAA library for Closed Reserve on Monday morning. Please note that I replaced the earlier version of this assignment with an easier one. So if you downloaded the instructions before Monday you will not find those papers available. Instead I have chosen two papers instead of three and both on a similar topic.
