Welcome to Stage Two
You need to begin your participation in Stage 2 of this action research project by looking at the way language is used inside your classroom.
We are asking you to look at the language data that you have collected from your chosen communicative environment and observe whether your students currently have the skills to communicate effectively in this environment.
We are asking you to note your students' use of the particular vocabulary or set of language functions using your usual assessment tools.
First, select a project title from the next page that best matches the communicative environment you observed. Then chose whether you would like to focus on vocabulary use or on the functions of language in that environment.
