The Appendices
The appendices will contain supporting evidence for your research. This might include:

• a copy of your research instruments (questionnaire, survey, test, etc),
• samples of data (worksheets, etc), and
• evidence of results (tables of raw data, etc).

Make sure that each appendix is entered in your contents and co-indexed where relevant in the text. Appendices are typically numbered with Roman numerals: Appendix I, Appendix II etc.
