iiNet [really TPG Telecom] advised us by text that all complimentary web pages beginning, "members.iinet.net.au/ . . . .." would no longer be supported by the business. [i.e. the pages on which our little diary exists] The text offered no explanation, no alternative and no capacity to re-direct inquiry, simply, Webspace End of Life
iiNet said this would take place on June 20th after 26 years of active web presence. But that date now extended to sometime before August 1st.

Guitar Performers Meeting

For adult players
Classical Guitar Forums - Classical Guitar Society of WA

Classical Guitar Forums
It's on again! The Guitar Performers Meeting was previously named the Solo Classical Guitar Forum and now includes duet and trio performances. It is aimed at giving adult classical guitar an opportunity to play for a small audience in a welcoming, supportive and relaxed environment. The audience consists of fellow guitar players, friends and some invited guests. Each player is welcome to bring a friend.
Two experienced Society guitarists; Graham and Sarah will host and manage the evening during which the 'easier' compositions will be performed first. It is natural that there will be a range of experience among the players. There is a small cost to cover hall hire, supper etc. Society membership is not required.
To enrol or require further information just download the form from the Classical Guitar Society web page [left]. Please return it to contactus@guitarwa.com.au and one of our hosts will contact you.
7pm Thurs
Aug 10

The $15 soloist and $5 friend cost includes hall hire, tea and coffee. Soloists are also required to be CGSWA members or join up prior to application.
