AUST CH Bernerdalens Gypsy

Through our breeding program we aim to help improve the breed, seeking soundness of type and temperament.

Importing AUST CH Bernerdalens Gypsy from Sweden in January 2000 was a key step in achieving our goal. Special thanks to Lisa Isacsson and Jorgen Nilsson for their trust in sending Gypsy to live with us - she won our hearts with her warmth and love of fun and she has made a valuable contribution to the breed in Australia and New Zealand.

Gypsy produced two Royal Show Best of Breed winners (AUST CH Makker Romany Darcey and her litter sister Kelda), the Best Exhibit in Show at the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Victoria Open Show in June 2004 (Makker Romany Romny), and a further 4 of her 12 pups attained the title of Australian or New Zealand Champion.

Fortunately Gypsy has left us a legacy and we are very excited to welcome two girls from Gypsy's last litter into our breeding program.

Rosie is loved and owned by Francesca and John Cant and their four children.

We are hoping that our young boy Cooper will become a very proud Pappa! Cooper is working hard at obedience and is on his way to winning his Australian Championship title.
