What is PKTP?
As an overview, the fingerprint of each key is associated with a balance in a variety of commodities held at a vault.
Transactions are performed by signing a request to transfer an amount to a different key.
More details on how to use are here as well as some personal motivation rant.
If you already have a gpg/pgp key, you already have an account!
No client is required as it uses very simple signed transactions.
Your private key never leaves your control. With multiple vaults it eliminates any centralised point to be raided.

Each vault should have a nodes.txt list of other nodes it knows of.
Please also check the policy.txt statement of the vaults policy.
