Special Procedures
Permanent entry visa applicants should note that normal mail delivery between Pohnpei and Suva can take up to four weeks. Pohnpei is responsible for citizenship matters in Guam and the Northern Marianas. (However, Los Angeles handles visa matters for these two areas.)
