Permanent entry visa applications from Jordan and Iraq are lodged in Amman and processed
and decided in Beirut.
Temporary Entry Visas
Temporary entry visa applications from Jordan and Iraq are lodged, processed and decided
in Amman.
Special Procedures: Migration officers from Beirut visit Jordan regularly to
conduct interviews. Iraqi humanitarian applicants in Amman are requested to have their
relatives in Australia obtain the humanitarian application form (842) and send it with the
proposal form (681) to the applicants; and after completion of the forms, to send their
applications by mail directly to the Australian Embassy, Beirut, where they are processed
and decided.
