Permanent entry visa applications from Lebanon are lodged, processed and decided in Beirut. Applications from Syria, Jordan and Iraq are processed and decided in Beirut.

Temporary Entry Visas
Principal Migration Officer, Beirut, is responsible for applications from Lebanon.

Special Procedures
Most applicants from areas outside Beirut use messengers/agents to lodge applications and to collect decisions/passports as there is no mail delivery service but a post office box system only.
