Lagos provides migration packages (fee applies) and collects and receipts application charges but requests clients to post/courier permanent entry applications to AHC in Nairobi, Kenya, where they are registered, processed and decided. Applicants should deal directly with the AHC in Nairobi.

Special Procedures
Norfolk Island is outside the Australian Migration Zone. Special procedures apply for permanent residents of Norfolk Island who are not Australian citizens; subject to certain criteria, they may be eligible for a Permanent Resident Norfolk Island Visa (PRNIV) on arrival in Australia.
