There are six classes for permanent visas in the Business Migrant category. This one is for people who have come here and established a business while they were temporarily resident with a Temporary Visa (long stay). Like all the other business skills categories, the Established Business visa is points tested.

The criteria for entry to Australia as a business skills migrant are complicated and individual and they are Points Tested. Migrants entering Australia with business skills do not need a personal sponsor. But you will need to be financially independent and able to prove your skills in business or in running a portfolio of investments as a business skill.
