Permanent migrants entering Australia under the Employer Nomination Scheme have a job waiting for them. Their Australian employer is their sponsor.

You will need to have a special skill which is in short supply in Australia, and the restrictions for your employer to apply under this section are strict.

Your visa for this section will cost AUD$1075, plus AUD$10 for your application papers. Your Australian employer pays AUD$285 to the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA) to nominate you for employment. These payments are not refundable if the application is unsuccessful.
