This section is for migrants who have an employer in Australia who has filled out a Labour Agreement nomination - Form 855. This is an agreement between the Australian Government, the unions and your employer which allows the employers to bring into Australia workers in certain jobs.

Even though you have been nominated by your employer under this agreement and there is no points test, you will still need to fulfil the normal requirements for migration.
