Ford EB XR8 347 Windsor stroker V8 running sequential LPG vapour injection ran a 13.72s 1/4 mile at Quit Motorplex Kwinana. Some more ignition advance and less LPG improved on a previous best ET of 14.4sec 1/4 mile. Power went from 190 RWHP to 250.4 RWHP on the DynoDynamics dyno at Rotomotion in Guildford. More Info

ProFIRE LPG-T+ is running sequential LPG vapour injection on a Ford EB XR8 347 Windsor stroker V8.
16 June 2005 ProFIRE LPG-T+ (with fuel injection upgrade) now supports up to 8 cylinder sequential LPG vapour injection and/or petrol injection and is currently testing on 1.8L Turbo Laser, Ford Fairmont Ghia, and Mazda 626. 27 May 2005 Prototype multipoint LPG vapour injection is currently in testing phase on 1.8L Turbo Laser. 20 March 2005 Prototype petrol injection fitted and running on Mazda 626. 2L 4 cylinder - running batch fire mode. 31 January 2005 System currently undergoing prototype trials of petrol injection. Fitted to 87 XF Fairmont Ghia 6 cylinder - running batch fire mode. |
